We make sure all of our product that we poured our passion and love into is kept safe and arrives to you in perfect condition. Delivery times are generally 2-3 business days (within the USA) from the date the items are shipped. Orders will ship the same or next business day if placed Monday through Wednesday before 12 pm noon. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend transit times and to ensure that your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition.

If you purchased the chocolate as a gift, we recommend letting recipients know that a meltable gift is on the way to make sure chocolate is not left outside for long periods of time.

We don’t take shortcuts when it comes to protecting your orders. Insulation, ice, and priority mail is our most efficient and cost-effective way to ship your order safely within the USA.
